In 2004, Mr. Rios graduated Fordham School of Law. At Fordham, Mr. Rios was a member of the American Constitution Society and aggressively advocated for the preservation of civil liberties. Mr. Rios also interned with Justice Richard Lee Price in Bronx County Supreme Court, where he assisted in drafting legal opinions. In recognition for his commitment to public service, Shane was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award in 2004.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Rios worked as an attorney for the 2004 Democratic Presidential campaign. Thereafter, Mr. Rios worked at several prominent New York defense firms, including Geringer & Dolan, LLP, and Traub, Lieberman, Straus, & Shrewsberry, LLP.
Mr. Rios firmly believes that the key to a successful attorney-client relationship is open access between the lawyer and client. As such, clients are provided direct access to Mr. Rios at all times.
